Fourth Panzer Corps Grand Campaign expansion announced!

Slitherine, Matrix Games, and The Lordz Games Studio are proud to announce Grand Campaign ’42, the fourth DLC installment to the highly praised Panzer Corps series!
In Grand Campaign ’42 you take command of battle-hardened German army on the Eastern Front to repel Soviet offensives and embark on the exciting and challenging push between the Don and Donets rivers towards Stalingrad.

Poland, Norway, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, France, Yugoslavia, and Greece. All of these nations have fallen under occupation, and it was assumed that Russia would quickly join their ranks. Not only has the Russia Bear survived the invasion of 1941, but its winter offensive is still in full swing! Take command of your forces once again in the latest instalment of the Grand Campaign as you repel Soviet offensives and begin the fateful advance between the Don and Donets towards Stalingrad!

This DLC features 15 all new scenarios, a sprawling urban combat environment of Stalingrad, new campaign features, unique objectives such as escorting train convoys and smashing enemy reinforcements as they attempt to cross the Volga River, and the capacity to save your core force for use in future campaigns!

The Grand Campaign’s are a series of expansions for Panzer Corps and require Panzer Corps. Each campaign can be started with the core force from the previous Grand Campaign, so you can continue all Grand Campaign expansions carrying over all the core forces that completed the previous ones. Alternatively players can start with a pre-set core force and play each campaign on its own, or jump in to the Grand Campaign at any year.

    When will the translation into Russian? And would it ever?

  2. Tim says:

    Russian translation is done and a Russian retail deal is imminent, but for any exact information please check with Slitherine/Matrix as they handle all publishing contracts.

  3. Markus says:

    Hi! Do you have any information regarding when Panzer Corps will be out for Mac?

  4. Tim says:

    This year around Q3 is our best estimate at the moment, regard this as completely off the record though. ;-)

    How can you play indivudual scenarios (as allies or axis) from the Grand Campaigns – both on local machine and via multiplayer?

  11. Lars says:

    Will there ever be an version based on the “allied general” and/or “pacific general” games?

  12. Tim says:

    We have plans in that direction, that is the best I can give you at this point.

  13. Jeff says:

    What about fantasy general or star general? Any plans on branching out into the radical like they did?

  14. Tim says:

    We might or we won`t… no comment yet on this I`me afraid, as it is a bit too early to tell. (-;

  15. Jeff says:

    Fair enough…well, I might or I won’t be interested in purchasing it should you venture out in those arenas. (-;

    Especially Fantasy General. Elven Legacy is a recent game which does a good job, however, the part where FG sets it apart was the magic/beasts, special powers of the player to cast spells which affect the field, and the most important was the research…just sayin’…for those who might or won’t be interested.

  16. Jeff says:

    Will tanks get the overrun capability? Where they automatically destroy a unit and can get multiple attacks?
